This is how a web session takes place:
- You get a session ID per email or per telephone
- Enter the session ID and your name in the form

Troubleshooting
In case you have deactivated or not installed Java, you can use a Windows connection program to participate in the session.
Click on the link to start the connection program. After clicking the link, a download box is displayed. Click on execute or open.
